Waves View Villa, located in Barangay Balet, Babak District, is a perfect getaway for travelers seeking a relaxing escape on Samal Island. Just around 20 minutes from Babak Port and only 15 minutes away from Samal Wharf, the villa offers both convenience and comfort. Nestled at Purok 1-A, this peaceful hideaway provides guests with a refreshing atmosphere surrounded by nature, making every stay truly memorable.
Guests booking the exclusive package can enjoy full access to the villa’s main facilities, including all bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, infinity pool, gazebo, and parking. Please note that the function hall and beach area are no longer part of the exclusive package and are now open to all guests through reservations. The beach and function hall are just a short two-minute walk downhill from the penthouse, allowing easy access while keeping the main villa area private and serene.
For as low as Php 15,000, Waves View Villa can accommodate groups of 16–20 guests. Larger groups of up to 24–30 persons are also welcome with an additional fee of Php 350.00 per head, inclusive of a free extra bed. The villa offers five spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, five toilet and bath units with hot and cold showers, WiFi connection, 24-hour CCTV, and a lounge and dining area with stunning views overlooking the beach. Guests can also enjoy complete kitchen appliances, cooking essentials, a grilling area, and an infinity pool that faces the ocean. The villa is pet-friendly, and a commuter van is available upon request for an additional fee.
