Wanderlust Resort is a hidden sanctuary in Barangay Aundanao, Samal Island, located about an hour’s drive from Babak Port. Secluded and free from the usual busy beachfronts, it offers a peaceful retreat for families, couples, and small groups seeking privacy and relaxation. With no neighboring resorts nearby, guests can fully immerse themselves in the quiet charm of the surroundings.
Unlike the popular white sand beaches of Samal, Wanderlust Resort sits along a coral-rich shoreline, making it a great spot for snorkeling and exploring marine life. Facing Davao Oriental and Davao de Oro, the resort treats early risers to spectacular sunrise views over the sea, a perfect start to the day for nature lovers and morning people.
The property is small and exclusive, with only three accommodations: a cozy duplex room and a spacious big villa. The duplex room is priced at ₱4,000 per night for two guests with breakfast included, and can accommodate up to four people for an additional fee of ₱1,500 per extra person, including breakfast. The big villa is ₱6,000 per night for two guests with breakfast, and can host up to six people with the same additional rate for extra guests.
All rooms feature air conditioning, hot showers, free WiFi, a refrigerator, and complimentary mineral water. Guests can also enjoy the waterfront location, relax in the outdoor soaking tub, and take advantage of free use of snorkeling gear, a paddle boat, and a water hammock.
