Dayang Beach is your ideal sweet escape from the exhausting and demanding activities of your day by day routine. Free yourself from the stresses of your usual habits and indulge in a relaxing getaway in an isolated island where you can simply unwind, forget about all the negative vibes and savor the beauty of life to the fullest.
You will truly be drawn by Dayang Beach because of its seclusion and exclusivity that you will have more time to really connect with yourself and your loved ones. Also the clear unspoiled waters, fine white-sand and fresh air is also appealing and relaxing. Not to mention, the environment of the resort is well-maintained by its care-takers and you will not fear of your safety in the area since the resort has 24 hours on duty guard. Indeed you are bound to feel more than just at home in this private resort since the owner would like to treat its guests as prince and princesses, hence, the resort’s name Dayang was coined from such royal names.
Did I mention Dayang also offers very affordable accommodations to its clients with price ranging from 400-1,800/cottage and 75-100 for tents that are for rent? And they don’t charge corkage fees for the food and drinks that you bring too, so if you’re on a tight budget then Dayang Beach is just your perfect haven to experience.
How to get there:
- You may head to Sta. Ana Warf in Magsaysay Park of Davao City and take the boat the leaves on a daily basis at 6:00am and 1:30pm. Be sure to take the trip in the morning so you can arrive in the resort right before lunchtime since travel time from Sta. Ana to Dadatan Warf usually takes 45 minutes-1 hr. From Dadatan, you may take the single motorcycle to take you to the resort. Fare usually costs at 100 pesos but will still vary on how you haggle. Dayang Beach lies at Talikud Island of Samal Island just beside Babu Santa.

NEVER AGAIN! Transpo sucks. The captain of the boat was disrespectful and doesn’t respect other peoples time. We were left on the resort because the staff didn’t care to inform us that there was supposed to be a list for passengers before going onboard. Mind you, we rented 3 rooms and no one notified us about the said list. We had to travel via bus through a different route just to go home. Such a hassle. Before going here make sure you’re aware that they don’t have clean water supply for their restrooms. We had to pay every time we need to use the restroom. Drinking water was also very expensive. The rooms are very tiny and there’s no outlet to charge your devices. The beach was nice but the disrespect from the staff overpowered everything else.
Yung food po nila mejo mahal kaya its better to bring your food.
Yung hut (closed) po nila 700 ang overnite good for 2 pax.. meron din 1500 yung mas malaki. Yung “half closed” (may roof, chair and table 500 po). Paki update po yung price dto sa website. Thanks – kagagaling lang po namin dito sa dayang oct 10&11
